Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension & Closure
14100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse is detected.
- The user registered with false information or is unable to verify their identity when required.
- There is activity that damages the platform or disrupts the experience of other users.
- A directive from the relevant authorities requires such action.
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance tied to bonuses or rewards that have not met the withdrawal conditions will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be processed in accordance with the platform's current withdrawal policy.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 14100 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local laws. You agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to attempting to hack the system, exploiting software bugs, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All transactions on the 14100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using an unauthorised or third-party payment method may result in account suspension and the return of funds.

Withdrawal Terms

14100's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
